Account Termination

We strive to provide high-quality results, but AI-generated designs are suggestions and may require adjustment by a professional tattoo artist before being inked.

Free and Paid Plans

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—you will retain access until then. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund within the guarantee period, contact ink@rocketdigital.ai.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the text descriptions and concepts you provide to generate tattoo designs. By using our services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your descriptions using our AI technology
• Store your designs securely on our servers
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Display your designs within your account

You can delete your designs at any time. You represent and warrant that your descriptions do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Generated Designs

AI-generated tattoo designs created from your descriptions are provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive license. For Pro subscribers, we grant a commercial license allowing you to use generated designs for:

• Personal tattoo planning and reference
• Sharing with tattoo artists for consultation
• Social media posts showcasing your designs
• Portfolio and inspiration boards

Free tier users receive designs for personal, non-commercial use only.

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of INK AI Tattoo Generator (including but not limited to software, AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by INK and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INK AI TATTOO GENERATOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Costs of obtaining substitute services
• Decisions made based on AI-generated designs, including tattoo decisions

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That results obtained from our services will be accurate or reliable
• That defects will be corrected

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INK AI Tattoo Generator and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Content you provide to generate designs
• Your breach of any representations or warranties herein

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at ink@rocketdigital.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with established arbitration rules.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located in the appropriate jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of our services without liability.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and INK AI Tattoo Generator regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
